- GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Fen.lt (hereinafter - Seller) In the store (hereinafter-the Store), the trade is carried out in accordance with the rules for the purchase and sale of Fen.lt goods.
1.2. The Buyer must read the rules and agree with them before purchasing the item.
1.3. The rules can be updated, which is why it is important to get to know each order.
- Delivery and Returns
2.1. If the order amount exceeds EUR 50, delivery to the home all over Lithuania is free. For orders up to EUR 50, there is a delivery fee of EUR 5.
2.2. If the goods order is placed on weekdays until 12:00 o'clock, the goods you ordered will reach you the next day. If you place your order on weekdays after 12:00 o'clock, the delivery term is 1-2 business days. Once you order the goods on Friday, we will deliver the goods to courier on Monday.
2.3. We can deliver orders to the post offices. You need to choose the post office you want when performing your order. If you want the order to be delivered to your address, then select a courier delivery.
2.4. As soon as the shipments are ready for the shipment, you will receive the shipment number and the link to monitor the delivery state updates.
2.5. To get an order outside in Lithuania, write to us by email. email with the desired item reference and delivery address. We will offer you the best delivery terms to the address you specify.
2.6. If you notice that you have received the wrong item you wanted, you can return us within 14 days of the date of delivery. The packaging of the item must be intact.
2.7. Please be advised that the delivery of parcels during the holiday season may be delayed up to several working days. We try to send shipments as soon as possible, but the courier service charge is greater than usual, which may cause the shipments to be delayed.
