FEN Protein Mix - A multi-protein shake for those who eat little. The product contains proteins with different absorption rates. Working one after the other ensures a long and uninterrupted supply of protein to the muscles.

Consumption: Consume 1 to 3 cocktails a day, preferably one cocktail immediately after your workout. Mix 30 g (2 tablespoons) of the product with 200 - 300 ml of water or skim milk, drink the cocktail daily between meals and immediately after training. Use as directed by a sports doctor or coach and / or special nutrition programs for athletes. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding! Do not use in persons under 18 years of age. A food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for food!
