L-Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate AAKG promotes increased production of Nitric Oxide to improve circulation and better delivery of oxygen and nutrients to working muscles. AAKG can increase blood flow through muscle tissue, resulting in increased oxygen and nutrient delivery, glucose uptake, and muscle speed and power. L-Arginine can help amplify muscle growth signals that can increase lean mass faster and accelerate both fast and slow twitch muscle fibers to increase strength, improve muscle recovery, and increase endurance. In addition, L-arginine stimulates the release of growth hormone, a chemical produced by the body that promotes growth and plays an essential role in the metabolic process.
Usage: as a food supplement, take 6 tablets half an hour before physical activity, on an empty stomach, with a glass of water. Drink plenty of water. Use according to the instructions of a sports doctor or trainer and/or special nutrition programs for athletes. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding! Not for use by persons under 18 years of age. The food supplement cannot be used as a food substitute!
