The fastest way to get shipment- shipments to post offices in the Baltic States
We can deliver orders to the post offices so you can pick up your goods at a time convenient for you. All you have to do is choose the post office you want when performing your order.
If the order amount exceeds EUR 49.99, delivery to the SmartPost post offices and Omniva Pastomas Is free in the Baltic States. For orders to the specified amounts, the delivery fee of EUR 2.99 is subject to the specified amounts.
Consignments in Lithuania, delivery within 1-2 business days, if the order order is placed on weekdays until 5:00 pm, 95%, that the goods you ordered to the Omniva post office are likely to reach you the next day in Lithuania. If you place your order on weekdays after 6:00 pm, we will deliver your shipment within 1-2 d.d. When ordering goods on the weekend, we will deliver the goods on Tuesday.
Delivery to the specified address The courier with an Itella is free for orders over 49.99 Eur. For orders up to EUR 49.99, the delivery fee for EUR 4,5 is applied. Delivery within 1-2 business days depending on the time of delivery.
In order to pay off the goods (COD) Omniva post office or courier card, you need to choose a "COD settlement when picking up the goods".
We will deliver orders to Latvia within 2-3 working diets, to Estonia within 3 business days.

Returns.
If you notice that you have received the wrong item you ordered you can return to us within 14 days of the date of delivery and we will replace the item ordered. If you have changed your mind and the item you do not want to, you can send it to us and you have to cover 15% of the value of the item. The packaging of the item must be intact in any of the above cases.
Consignment delays.
Please be advised that the delivery of parcels during the holiday season may be delayed up to several working days. We try to send parcels as soon as possible, but the courier service charge is greater than usual, which may cause the shipments to be delayed.
