  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. „FEN.Lt ”(hereinafter referred to as the Seller) In the store (hereinafter referred to as "the store"), the trade is carried out in accordance withFEN.Lt ”rules for the purchase and sale of goods.

1.2. The Buyer must read the rules and agree with them before buying the item.

  1. Delivery and Returns

2.1. If the order amount exceeds EUR 25, delivery to SmartPost post offices is free all over Lithuania, if the order amount exceeds 35 Eur, delivery to Omniva postures are free. For orders up to EUR 25 to the SmartPost and over EUR 35 to OMNIVA post offices, there is a delivery fee of EUR 3.5. Delivery with ITELLA is free from € 35, orders up to EUR 35 are subject to 3.5 EUR delivery fee. Delivery terms and prices in European countries are specified in the section "Delivery prices in Europe"

2.2. Orders in Lithuania to Omniva Posts are placed before 6 pm, 95% that you will receive the next day, to other post offices within 1-2 business days. Orders Smartpost will be delivered within 1-2 days. We will make the courier presentations within 1-2 business days. Once you order the goods on Friday, we will deliver the goods to courier on Monday.

2.3. We can deliver orders to the post offices. You need to choose the post office you want when performing your order. If you want the order to be delivered to your address, then select a courier delivery.

2.4. As soon as the shipments are ready for the shipment, you will receive the shipment number and the link that you will be able to monitor the delivery status updates.

2.5. To get an order outside Lithuania, write to us by email. email with the reference of the item you want and the delivery address. We will offer you the best delivery terms to the address you specify.

2.6. If you notice that you have received the wrong item you wanted, you can return us within 14 days of the date of delivery. The packaging of the item must be intact.

2.7. Please be advised that the delivery of parcels during the holiday season may be delayed up to several working days. We try to send shipments as soon as possible, but the courier service charge is higher than usual, which may cause the shipments to be delayed.

3.6. Your information is transmitted to the delivery company Venipak we only transmit the information you forwarded at the time of registration, i.e. Name, address, phone number and email email address. This information is used to allow transport companies to deliver the ordered goods.

3.7. Each buyer has the full right to find out about the data provided and their processing. You may also be asked to delete, supplement or correct the data provided.
