Usage: mix 31 g of the product with 200 ml of water, consume 60 minutes before training or in the morning. The daily dose is 1 meter. Do not use before bedtime! Use according to the instructions of a sports doctor or trainer and/or special nutrition programs for athletes. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding! Not for use by persons under 18 years of age. The food supplement cannot be used as a food substitute!
Storage conditions: store in a dark place +12°С +25°С. The well-packaged product can be stored in a dry place at a temperature of 5°С - 30°С. After opening the package, consume within 3 months. Keep out of the reach of children. Series /Best before: see on the package.
